The “Eiffage Contact” concept expresses the teams’ involvement in the thought process, and their close contact with the project. In the design phase, it combines the codes of the individual housing and commercial worlds, with decorative choices based on warm colors and materials, and open layouts that encourage mobility and the creation of meeting spaces.
