In this 5,400 m2 building spread over 9 floors (from SS2 to R+7), the aim was to bring together the group’s various brands.
The challenge was to complete the project in a very short timeframe, which was made possible thanks to our role as general contractor.
We designed open, flexible and inspiring spaces to meet the needs of the group’s employees.
We favored the integration of natural elements and materials into the workspace, with a rooftop terrace and garden on the first floor.
This project reflects our commitment to combining industrial aesthetics with contemporary design, in perfect harmony with Groupe Bertrand’s vision.
A BREEAM certification process was also integrated into the project.
