Integrating the ICADE teams into the HyFive tower – which they own – in the heart of La Défense, covering more than 6,000 m² within a tripod-shaped high-rise building and within a particularly tight timeframe, represented a real challenge for our teams; a challenge brilliantly met.

Based on the concept of “La Ville” (The City), the real estate company’s playground, the archimage teams envisioned a welcoming environment, structuring the office areas in the wings and the themed communal spaces around the central core.

Beyond the creative approach, particular attention was paid to the choice of eco-designed materials and the reinstallation of 100% of the existing furniture.
