l'oréal .
the loft
In 2017, L’Oréal called on archimage to imagine the major tertiary layout principles for the L’Oréal of tomorrow, and to help it propose space planning solutions incorporating Flex Office for the Loft, the new building on the group’s world headquarters campus in Clichy, rehabilitated by the Lobjoy-Bouvier-Boisseau practice.
This project is part of the Group’s drive to meet the new expectations of its employees and management in terms of new ways of working -Activity Based Working-.
In addition to the 400 ergonomic workstations, now in Flex, there are alternative workstations, numerous bubbles, a library (silence area), meeting rooms with a variety of profiles, areas designed to accommodate specific business activities, such as Meet-up areas for the digital sector, and a Work-café on each floor.
Numerous informal meeting spaces and meeting rooms complete the Loft’s offering.
Particular attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, from height-adjustable ergonomic workstations to comfortable, wrap-around seating in the library.
