UI Investissement, an independent player and pioneer in private equity in France, has moved into the Rue Newton in Paris, in a private mansion of the same name.
The history of the building, its uniqueness and the identity of its architecture meet UI Investissement’s objective: to create an address.
With Le Newton, UI has designed a genuine meeting place to unite and bring together the employees spread across its various regional offices, as well as to bring together and welcome the managers of the SMEs and ETIs in which the teams have invested.
An ambition and a project in keeping with the Group’s motto “Together, investing for a better future”.
From the entrance, a superb staircase leads to a vestibule where guests are greeted in a warm and inviting space before being ushered into the lounge.
This lounge, conceived as a cosy reception area with a modern, uncluttered design, opens onto a terrace dedicated to the organization of events.
On this first level, a large meeting room can accommodate over twenty people and host the major events in the life of the companies we support.
As throughout the building, the brand’s various graphic codes are subtly reflected.
The fully renovated and upgraded upstairs staircase guides visitors to the lower first floor, with its breakout areas and meeting and co-creation rooms.
These include a dynamic tiered presentation space designed to encourage collaboration.
The current 38 employees are spread over the 3 upper levels, which also include several walk-in offices.
Modernized in keeping with the existing rooms, the organization of the various workspaces also reflects UI Investissement’s desire to encourage interaction between different levels of seniority and to bring together the same professions.
